Officiellement, il s\u2019agit de \u00ab simplifier les modes de fonctionnement \u00bb et de renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Les coll\u00e8gues n\u2019ont m\u00eame plus le temps de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 une organisation, que la suivante leur tombe dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comment construire des rep\u00e8res, stabiliser des collectifs, trouver du sens au travail dans ce tourbillon permanent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officiellement, la direction affirme que \u00ab Regain \u00bb n\u2019entra\u00eenera ni suppressions de postes ni d\u00e9localisations. M\u00eame si, on en doute, le mal est ailleurs. En f\u00e9vrier, l\u2019enqu\u00eate SECAFI r\u00e9v\u00e9lait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une situation alarmante : stress, perte de sens, \u00e9puisement professionnel, dans de nombreuses \u00e9quipes. Mais Orange semble un nouvelle fois s\u2019en moquer royalement, poursuivant son agenda comme si de rien n\u2019\u00e9tait. Peu importent les alertes, les signaux ou les souffrances exprim\u00e9es : la direction fait comme si tout allait bien, niant l\u2019\u00e9vidence d\u2019un malaise profond qu\u2019elle contribue \u00e0 aggraver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ces r\u00e9organisations en cha\u00eene ne sont pas neutres. Elles usent, elles d\u00e9stabilisent, elles cassent les collectifs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le souvenir des ann\u00e9es noires n\u2019a pas disparu. Et pourtant, les m\u00eames m\u00e9thodes continuent : changement sans concertation r\u00e9elle, logique financi\u00e8re<br>court-termiste, et communication bien rod\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le terme m\u00eame de \u00ab Regain \u00bb est cynique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regain de quoi ? D\u2019\u00e9nergie ? De profits ? Certainement pas de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit, une fois de plus, d\u2019une op\u00e9ration qui, sous couvert de<br>\u00ab simplification \u00bb, vise \u00e0 poursuivre une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9conomies et de restructuration permanente, sans tenir compte des cons\u00e9quences sur les coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour SUD, ce dont Orange a besoin aujourd\u2019hui, ce n\u2019est pas d\u2019une \u00e9ni\u00e8me r\u00e9organisation, mais d\u2019un temps de respiration, comme ils disent, d\u2019une stabilisation, et surtout d\u2019un projet collectif fond\u00e9 sur le respect des m\u00e9tiers, des collectifs et du v\u00e9cu des salari\u00e9s.<br>Le programme Regain, associ\u00e9 au tout nouveau mod\u00e8le de management pour mener, dans un contexte de r\u00e9organisation, nos futurs entretiens de suppression de poste, sont de la m\u00eame veine que les plans Next et Act, pendant la p\u00e9riode funeste de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com\/Orange, organis\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe Lombard, Wenes, Barberot et Cie, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement condamn\u00e9\uf09ees, en janvier dernier, pour harc\u00e8lement moral institutionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leurs successeurs aux manettes d\u2019Orange aujourd\u2019hui font fi du pass\u00e9, avec le m\u00eame objectif :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00catre plus comp\u00e9titif et doper les marges. En un mot : la croissance, toujours au d\u00e9triment de nos conditions de travail.<br>Consid\u00e9rant les conclusions de l\u2019expert pour l\u2019enqu\u00eate triennale du CNPS comme les bilans des m\u00e9decins du travail qui soulignent les effets n\u00e9fastes des restructurations permanentes sur la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des salari\u00e9.es, SUD r\u00e9clame \u00e0 nouveau un moratoire sur toutes les r\u00e9organisations comme sur l\u2019IA en esp\u00e9rant que toutes les OS, repr\u00e9sentatives ou non, lui embo\u00eetent le pas pour construire un rapport de force face au cynisme de tous ces dirigeants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce plan concerne 12 des 17 directions d\u2019Orange France, soit une large part de l\u2019entreprise : commercial, technique, relation client, finance, RH, strat\u00e9gie\u2026 Enclair, peu de m\u00e9tiers seront \u00e9pargn\u00e9s.
